First release

This is the first release of Txt2Regex, v0.9BETA. Please note that while we've done an extensive test, this tool may still have some bugs, hence the BETA label.

Txt2Regex was made in the absence of the original Txt2RE. A few enhancements to Txt2Re:

• Unicode
• More pattern recognition
• Case sensitive option
• Ability to match text only or pattern only

I hope you find this tool to be useful.
